Introduced for the 2022 model year, the T-Spec was developed as a limited edition positioned between the regular GT-R range and the more focused NISMO variants. Nissan stated that the T-Spec name referenced both “trend” and “traction”, reflecting the GT-R’s role as a performance benchmark and its electronically controlled all wheel drive system. The Australian T-Spec was one of the final R35 variants officially offered locally and added selected chassis, braking and trim components derived from higher performance versions of the GT-R.

Finished in Jet Black, this example features model exclusive gold forged alloy wheels fitted with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tyres, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, a carbon fibre rear spoiler, T-Spec badging and a model specific engine cover. The T-Spec also received suspension tuning developed around its lighter forged wheels and wider wheel rims. Inside, it features the model exclusive dark green interior treatment, combining leather and suede trim with T-Spec detailing throughout the cabin.
