This 2013 HSV GTS is a single-owner Australian performance car hero with a full service history and no aftermarket modifications. Under the bonnet sits a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine which outputs 430kW and 740Nm. This power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. The odometer currently displays 99,133km. Holden Special Vehicles’ GTS nameplate is almost as old as HSV itself. Representing the top-tier performance product that Australia could offer, the HSV GTS’s reputation is renowned around the world for taking the fight to established rivals like the BMW M5 and Audi RS6. HSV transformed the humble Commodore full-size sedan into a capable, track-ready sports sedan with a selection of homegrown and internationally sourced parts.

The Gen-F was revealed in 2013 as Australia’s then fastest, most powerful production car – complete with special componentry such as an Eaton supercharger, bi-modal exhaust, Magnetic Ride Control, and AP Racing six-piston brakes. The Gen-F HSV GTS was the first locally-produced performance car that could ostensibly compete against German rivals. HSVs had always been quick in a straight line, but the engineering imbued into the Gen-F GTS ensured it could handle a corner with vigour. This HSV GTS is painted in Heron White and specifies a black interior with leather and suede finishes. There are no aftermarket modifications made to this car – it is stock standard as it left the showroom floor a decade ago. It runs on a set of original 20-inch alloy wheels hiding yellow brake calipers underneath. It sits on Continental MaxContact tyres.

Manufactured by HSV in Clayton, Victoria and delivered new through Ireland HSV in Cairns, this HSV’s service history is well documented. It is a one-owner car that has seen regular maintenance only through the delivery dealership. Much of its odometer was spent doing highway kilometres. In the last 18 months, the owner notes the vehicle has had the bushes replaced and brakes attended to. It has largely sat in storage for the last 18 months. The exterior condition of this HSV is presented to a high standard. The Heron White paintwork appears in good condition and no imperfections are obvious.

The owner notes the front bumper has been repaired by a body shop, though this is the only time the vehicle has visited a panel shop. Some light wear and tear is noted around the side mirrors, as expected with use. A scuff is seen on the left-hand side skirt. All four wheels are shown in good condition without obvious kerb rash. Inside the cabin, this HSV has been kept in good stead considering its odometer. There is next to no sagging seen on the driver’s or passenger’s seats, while creasing is kept minimal. The leather has developed a sheen with repeated use and could use rejuvenation.

The carpeting and floor mats contain no major stains or scuffs. A light scuff is seen on the trim below a door handle. Light scratches and scuffs are noted around the rear air vents. All accompanying documentation and service records will be supplied with this vehicle.
