This 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is an Australian-delivered example of a British classic, complete with just two owners since new. Under its bonnet sits a naturally-aspirated 4.3-litre V8 engine that outputs 283kW and 409Nm. This power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed automated manual transmission. The odometer currently shows 53,309km. With design penned by Henrik Fisker and a burly V8 under the bonnet, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage is one of the most stylish used sports cars on the market. While it was shorter in length than the gorgeous DB9, it was just as wide, making for a squat and muscular stance on the road. The Vantage was powered by a 4.

3-litre V8 at launch, which sent the car from zero to 100km/h in less than five seconds. But, most people appreciate the bellowing V8 for its aural character, which continues to impress especially compared to today’s trend of dull turbocharged engines. Inside the cabin, the V8 Vantage stocked all the trimmings expected of a grand tourer – fine materials, extreme comfort, and enough space for luggage sets or shopping. The V8 Vantage defined modern Aston Martin and used examples are still sought after today. This example is painted in silver metallic and features a black leather-upholstered cabin. There are no aftermarket modifications made to its original condition. As a 2007 build, this V8 Vantage is a pre-facelift example.

It rides on its original set of 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tyres. Silver brake calipers are seen underneath the seven-spoke wheels. Manufactured by Aston Martin in Gaydon, England with final sign-off by Mick Moten, this V8 Vantage’s history is well documented. It was delivered to its first owner in Queensland, with a door sill plaque bearing the first owner’s name. It is now a two-owner car. The current owner has had the vehicle serviced at Braeside Sports and Classic Cars – the last maintenance (50,000km service) was completed in June 2023. A clutch was replaced two years ago.

It is now said to run in good working order. The outside condition shows to a high standard and obvious care has been taken in this car’s presentation. The silver paintwork shines in the sunlight and minimal flaws are seen in the finish. Small stone chips are seen around the passenger side of the car and light imperfections are noted around the front end. Subtle paint imperfections are seen around the driver’s door handle. There is no obvious kerb rash damage on any of the four wheels. Inside the cabin this car shows in good order throughout.

The black leather seats have held up well against years of use and no major sagging is seen in the finish. Some light wear marks are noted around the seat bolsters, as expected. Light marks appear on the steering wheel in photos. The carpeting and headlining show no scuffing or stains. This car will come with a full set of service books and two keys.
