This 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena is a two-owner supercar with a quintessential Rosso Corsa-over-black colour combination. It is powered by a naturally-aspirated 3.6-litre V8 engine that produces 294kW and 373Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed ‘F1’ automated manual transmission. The odometer of this car currently states 44,468km. Ferrari’s millennium-era supercar made its debut in 1999 and was produced in Maranello, Italy right up until it was replaced by the F430 in 2004. It was the first time Ferrari had developed an aluminium chassis, which brought about significant improvements in torsional rigidity while being nearly 30 per cent lighter in weight.

The model also introduced multi-stage traction control and equipped independent electronically-adjustable dampers. The centrepiece is the naturally-aspirated F131 V8 engine mounted mid-ship, right behind the driver’s head. The flat-plane crankshaft is revered for its high-pitched exhaust note and the instantaneous throttle response is one of the car’s best attributes. Clean examples of the 360 Modena are difficult to come by as the platform proved popular for modification. As such, untouched examples now command a premium on the used market and low-kilometre cars are particularly sought after. The Ferrari 360’s Pininfarina design was simply made for the classic Rosso Corsa colourway of this car.

Inside the cabin, this example specifies Nero leather upholstery and contrast red stitching. A body-coloured rear grille is found at the back of the car, typical of early-build 360 Modenas. The owner states there are no aftermarket modifications made to this car. It continues to ride on a set of 18-inch five-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tyres. Built in Italy and currently owned within New South Wales, this 360 Modena comes with original documentation and booklets to support its history. The seller states he believes it’s a two-owner car, after he took ownership in 2009.

According to the seller, the last full service was performed in September 2023. The internal buttons and switchgear were reconditioned in 2024. The exterior of this 360 Modena stands in good condition. Its Rosso Corsa paintwork appears reflective under sunlight and no obvious swirl marks are seen in the finish. It appears to have some light scuffs and chips underneath the front splitter, as expected with use. The left-front wheel also appears with kerb rash damage.

Interior-wise, the black leather interior presents in fair order for a 24-year-old car. The seats retain a good shape and show minimal signs of wear, although the driver’s side bolsters have worn and cracked. Some scuffs and marks can be seen on the driver’s door panel, while wear and tear is identified around the centre console area. Red carpeting has been well cared for, unmarked of any staining. This Ferrari 360 will be sold with all accompanying documentation. As per Trading Garage Terms and Conditions, although Trading Garage has completed the following checks bidders must satisfy themselves to the accuracy of the description and do any research they feel necessary before bidding.
