This 1970 Pontiac GTO is a genuine factory GTO that has been converted into a Judge Tribute, refinished in Orbit Orange and styled to reflect one of Pontiac’s most iconic muscle cars. Personally imported from the United States in 2022, it shows 34,240 miles on the odometer, TMU.
Powered by a V8 engine paired with an automatic transmission, this example captures the presence and visual drama of the legendary Judge, complete with rear spoiler, badging and period styling cues. As part of the tribute conversion, the vehicle was stripped of paint and refinished in Orbit Orange.
Since arriving in Australia, the vehicle has been maintained by Chevron Automotive on the Gold Coast, a specialist workshop. It was last serviced approximately three months ago, at which time new extractors and new tyres were fitted. In the service prior, the transmission was rebuilt, the power steering reconditioned, and the pan gasket and sway bar addressed. A new tachometer has also been installed.
The seller reports no oil leaks and advises that the vehicle runs and drives well.
Externally, the paintwork presents consistently following its repaint. Brightwork, wheels and Judge specific details appear in keeping with the tribute theme as shown in the images.
Inside, the cabin retains its original radio and air conditioning, both reported to be functioning. The interior presents in period correct style, with factory style trim and instrumentation.
The vehicle is supplied with an owner’s manual and build certificate. A spare key from the United States is included.
As per Trading Garage Terms and Conditions, although Trading Garage has completed the following checks, bidders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the description and undertake any research they feel necessary before bidding. All listings are sold in Australian dollars. The vehicle is not recorded as written off or stolen on the PPSR, and there are no security interests recorded against it.
