2018 Aston Martin DB11 Volante
This 2018 Aston Martin DB11 Volante is an Australian-delivered car featuring a stunning silver-over-tan colour combination and a suite of tidy options. Under the bonnet is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine which produces 375kW/696Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed ZF-derived automatic gearbox. The odometer of this vehicle currently displays 10,401km.
With a history spanning more than a century and a reputation for building stately grand touring sports cars, Aston Martin’s DB11 was always destined to be a special car. Unveiled in 2016 as a replacement to the DB9, the DB11 was the first car in Aston’s “second century” plan and solidified the brand’s partnership with Mercedes-AMG. Although the DB11 first arrived with a twin-turbo V12, it was later offered with a the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 borrowed from Mercedes-AMG. It is this version which is lighter and retains a better weight balance than the V12-powered DB11. The DB11 made its debut with all-new styling for the brand and an updated platform which would go on to underpin new products such as the current Vantage. The DB11 was almost universally praised at launch, with experts noting its effortless grand-touring abilities and comfortable everyday character.
Painted in special order Skyfall Silver metallic paint and upholstered inside with Kestrel Tan leather, this Volante’s specification is gorgeous. The exterior is highlighted by gloss black detailing and the cabin is shown with contrast black stitching and black chrome jewellery. Options fitted include the premium sound system, ventilated seats, and umbrella package. No aftermarket modifications are made to this car. It rides on a set of 20-inch diamond-turned forged wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tyres.
Built new in Gaydon, England in 2018 and complied in Australia in October 2018, this DB11 Volante was delivered by Barbagallo Aston Martin in Perth. It is now a two-owner vehicle which was purchased by the seller in November 2020. It has a full service history with Aston Martin Perth whereby the last service was completed in October 2021. The factory warranty can be extended until 2031 through any Australian Aston dealership.
The exterior condition of this DB11 presents immaculately. The Skyfall Silver paintwork shows in beautiful order throughout, with no noticeable fade or swirl marks, and retains true reflections. The soft-top roof displays no stains or odd creases and appears in good condition. Black exterior componentry such as the lower front and rear valance show cleanly without scratches. All four wheels show no sign of curb rash while the Bridgestone tyres retain a good level of tread.
In the cabin there appears to be no outward signs of wear and tear inflicted upon the upholstery or componentry. The leather seats retain an original shape and their intricate stitching, while no staining is seen on the fabric itself. Carpeting and floor mats appear without wear damage. The dash and door cards display in undamaged order without imprints.
This car comes with a full suite of original documentation, two set of keys, valet key, and a full car cover.
