2017 Roush Stage 3 Mustang
This 2017 Roush RS3 is no ordinary Ford Mustang. While it retains the standard 5.0-litre Coyote V8 engine, additions such as an Eaton TVS 2650 supercharger, new quad-pipe exhaust and cooling enhancements help boost outputs to 542kW and more than 830Nm. Power is fed through the standard six-speed automatic transmission. This car has 9821km showing on the odometer.
The Roush RS3 add-ons unleash the true potential of the standard Ford Mustang GT. Jack Roush is well-known for engineering reliable power into the Ford Mustang, and licenced workshop Mustang Motorsport helps install Roush products in Australia. Power enhancements are bolstered by supporting mods that include a one-way coilover suspension system, tyre upgrades and even visual improvements. These extensive modifications cost its initial owner more than $50k, effectively doubling the standard Mustang GT’s value.
This Ford Mustang Roush RS3 is finished in triple layer yellow paint with a black quilted leather/microfibre Roush-branded interior with yellow highlights. Roush plaques and branding is found on the interior as well as the exterior. This car also features a set of black Roush 20-inch alloy wheels.
This is a two-owner example which was built in August 2017. The car was modified to Roush RS3 specification shortly after purchase and features a modification plate dated July 2020. All Mustang Motorsport Roush modifications are ADR complied Australia wide.
The exterior features a number of Roush styling enhancements such as the Roush RS3 grille, Roush vented bonnet, Roush windscreen banner, hockey stick graphic pack, sideskirts and spoiler lip. The exterior body condition presents very well with no major marks, chips or scratches. The 20-inch Roush wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres which have a good amount of tread remaining (checked over at service in January 2021). There is one small mark on the right front wheel.
Inside, the standard interior has been upgraded with a Roush custom re-trim that brings yellow accenting in addition to quilted inserts. Roush kickplates, floor mats and billet aluminium foot pedals are illuminated by an upgraded LED interior lighting kit. Condition-wise, the inside presents well with minimal seat wear and no marks on the cabin trim.
It was last serviced in January 2021 by Mustang Motorsport where it was found that the car is performing as expected. The car retains a balance of its Mustang Motorsport three-year/60,000km driveline warranty which will transfer across to the next owner.Two keys and all service documentation/manuals will come supplied with the car. A full list of modifications will come with the car, or can be supplied on request.
