The HSV GTSR W1 is not only the most expensive, powerful and quickest car ever produced in Australia, it is also the last. With HSV shutting down production in October 2017 it marked the end of an era as the last car manufacturer in Australian ceased production. To commemorate HSV fitted alongside the LS9 6.2-litre supercharged V8; carbon fibre airbox, fender vents, rear spoiler, SupaShock suspension and 6-piston AP Racing brakes. This all to create what HSV call their “road-legal race-car.”

Undoubtably one of the most collectable cars in Australian automotive history, this example has been optioned with the Phantom Black Roof and the car cover with customised build number. Originally delivered new to its first and only owner in February 2018, with production in July 2017 and an October 2017 compliance plate. It has been part of a large private collection and has never been on a racetrack.

The exterior is finished in Heron White paintwork with the contrasting Phantom Black Roof matching the other black contrasting exterior components such as the carbon fibre fender vents and the carbon fibre rear spoiler. All of which is in excellent condition with only a few minor stone chips on the front end and some minor scrapes under the front spoiler.

Also finished in matte black are bespoke forged 20” inch matte black alloy wheels with W1 logo imprinted on them. All four alloy wheels are unmarked and free of any damage. These are wrapped in 265/35 R20 (front) & 295/30 R20 (rear) Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tyres, that are showing minimal wear as would be expected with the milage and no track time.

The interior is finished in Jet Black leather and Alcantara with contrasting red stitch. The HSV Podium seats have the W1 logo on the headrests and are predominately finished in Alcantara, along with the steering wheel and gear lever. All in excellent condition and not showing any signs of wear. The navigation screen shows the 099/300 build number on start-up and the dashboard is not showing any fault lights.
